VACACIONES DE VERANO AFECTA A INDUSTRIA RESTAURANTERA DE JALISCO

  • Los restaurantes del estado registran una caída de hasta el 20 por ciento en afluencia de comensales.

Durante las vacaciones de verano distintos sectores han reportado una disminución en sus ventas generales, tal es el caso de la industria restaurante de Jalisco.

Gregorio Godoy, presidente de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) Jalisco informó que los restaurantes del estado registran una caída de hasta el 20 por ciento en afluencia de comensales.

Yo creo que el consumo debe de andar bajando entre un 10 y un 20 por ciento. Hay restaurantes que obviamente son turísticos que no les baja, les incrementa, o corredores gastronómicos en especifico que incrementó su consumo.

Godoy argumentó que sólo son cuatro zonas las que reportan incrementos en esta temporada, como lo es Chapala-Ajijic, Tlaquepaque, Andares y Chapultepec.
