SUPREMO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTICIA DE JALISCO PRESENTA CONTROVERSIA CONTRA REFORMA JUDICIAL

  • La presentación de la controversia constitucional se aprobó por unanimidad en sesión extraordinaria del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia.

El magistrado presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia de JaliscoDaniel Espinosa Licón informó que se presentó controversia constitucional en contra de la reforma judicial promovida por el Gobierno federal.

Licón consideró positivo el proyecto que presentó el ministro José Luis González Alcántara que plantea la invalidez de la reforma judicial pues frenaría la elección popular de jueces y magistrados.

Existe una luz de que pueda ser aprobado por esos 8 votos y tenga efectos generales, es decir, que la reforma solamente tenga afectación para la designación de ministros de la SCJN, pero quedaría a salvo la designación de jueces y magistrados
