  • A través del programa Jalisco on Chip, lanzado en agosto de 2021 y concluido en mayo, se generan las condiciones para preparar ingenieros con conocimiento en el área.

Además de la validación de semiconductores esenciales para fabricar chips, en Jalisco se terminó un programa de capacitación de ingenieros para atender la alta demanda mundial.

Se trata del programa Jalisco on Chip, lanzado en agosto de 2021 y finalizado en mayo pasado entre la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico (Sedeco) y el Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (Cinvestav).

Al respecto, en Jalisco la transnacional Intel reforzó sus operaciones de validación e integración de semiconductores, con una inversión de 8 millones de dólares a principios de este año.
