SE MOVILIZAN PARA VISIBILIZAR A PERSONAS SORDAS

  • Intérpretes proponen que las personas sordas tengan acceso al lenguaje de señas en espacios como hospitales, para una mayor seguridad y accesibilidad.

Igual que el resto de los mexicanos, los sordos aspiran a vivir sin discriminación, con trato digno, con acceso a la salud, y con el respeto a todos sus derechos humanos. 

En Guadalajara cada año se hace una marcha para visualizar al sector de más de 1,500 adultos en zonas rurales y 3,000 personas en zona metropolitana además de bebés no diagnosticados aún. 

Propone que para hacer una inclusión efectiva, habría que aprender lengua de señas y ser bilingües y bi-culturales desde el ámbito educativo, apoyado por las autoridades.
