  • De aprobarse, podría tener la invalidez general de normas que afectan a jueces y magistrados tanto federales como de los estados.

Luego de que el ministro de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, Juan Luis González Alcántara, que busca invalidar de manera parcial la reforma al Poder Judicial, el magistrado presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia de Jalisco, Daniel Espinosa Licón considera que esto da esperanza a todos los poderes judiciales.

Agregó que, de aprobarse, podría tener la invalidez general de normas que afectan a jueces y magistrados tanto federales como de los estados. No obstante, también hay un panorama político en cuanto a la aceptación del Poder Legislativo y Ejecutivo.
