  • Fueron evacuados 429 establecimientos en un tiempo promedio de 2.35 minutos.

El 19 de septiembre Zapopan participó en el macrosimulacro nacional 2024 evacuando a 202 mil 729 personas de diversos espacios, incluidos comercios, escuelas y edificios gubernamentales.

El comercio lideró la evacuación con 429 establecimientos evacuados en un promedio de 2.35 minutos. El simulacro simuló un sismo de magnitud 8.0 en la costa de Jalisco.

Mario Alberto Espinoza, coordinador de Protección Civil, destacó la importancia de estos ejercicios para fomentar la participación ciudadana y dio recomendaciones sobre cómo proceder durante situaciones de emergencia. Algunos de los edificios involucrados incluyeron la Cruz Verde Niña Eva y el Centro Integral de Servicios Zapopan.
