  • El rezago en la impartición de justicia en Jalisco ocurre porque sólo hay tres jueces por cada 100 mil habitantes.

De acuerdo con el Banco Mundial para que la justicia sea eficaz y eficiente, se necesita contar con 17 jueces por cada 100 mil habitantes, sin embargo, en Jalisco sólo hay tres jueces por cada 100 mil habitantes.

El magistrado presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia de JaliscoDaniel Espinosa Licón, lamentó que exista el rezago en la impartición de justicia en el estado.

En Jalisco tenemos tres jueces por cada 100 mil  habitantes, ¿Qué implica esto? Que los jueces estén saturados de juicios y de demandas lo que trae como consecuencia pues retrasos.
