HURACÁN CARLOTTA NO REPRESENTA RIESGO PARA JALISCO

  • Se estima que al menos cinco huracanes impactarán en el territorio nacional este 2024.

Desde el pasado 30 de julio, la Unidad Estatal de Protección Civil y Bomberos de Jalisco (UEPCBJ) y la Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) han estado vigilando la formación de dos bajas presiones que dieron lugar al huracán Carlotta.

Actualmente, Carlotta es un huracán categoría 1 que sigue alejándose del territorio nacional. Se localiza a 820 km al oeste-suroeste de Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, y a más de mil kilómetros de las costas de Jalisco. Por lo tanto, este fenómeno no representa riesgo alguno para las costas de nuestro estado.

No obstante, se pide a la población mantenerse informada a través de los canales oficiales y seguir las recomendaciones de seguridad emitidas por las autoridades.
