La dirección general de Prevención y Reinserción Social de Jalisco y la Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción (CMIC) firmaron un convenio de colaboración.

El convenio tiene el propósito de reforzar la capacitación y trabajo penitenciario de las personas privadas de la libertad en los centros penitenciarios, ofreciéndoles oportunidades laborales dignas.

Durante la celebración de la firma, el director de Reinserción Social, José Antonio Pérez Juárez invitó al presidente de la CMIC, Juan Manuel Chávez Ochoa a fundar una escuela penitenciaria de oficios de la construcción.
