Chema Martínez, candidato a la presidencia de Guadalajara por la coalición Sigamos Haciendo Historia en Jalisco, presentó el segundo eje de las propuestas para Barrios y Colonias Dignas.

Entre sus iniciativas destacó dar cobertura de servicios básicos a las 346 colonias del municipio, sobre todo del sur y del oriente, puesto que refirió que su administración velará por el bienestar de las y los tapatíos.
