Pepe Castañeda no es envidioso y nos comparte el secreto.

Se acerca el primer festejo oficial por el Día de la Torta ahogada y al mencionar este manjar insignia de la gastronomía jalisciense, es imposible no recordar a Pepe Castañeda, un local clásico donde desde hace décadas se encantan los paladares de los catadores más finos de este manjar.

Salsitas de hasta 12 ingredientes es uno de los secretos del éxito de este establecimiento que se localiza en el 1858 de la calle Francisco Vázquez Coronado, de la colonia Jardines de la Cruz, y que ofrece una gran variedad de tortas: buche, cuero, pancita, camarón y carnitas.

Aunque eso sí, Pepe Castañeda no es envidioso y comparte el secreto:“ el ingrediente principal de todo esto es el amor con que se hace las cosas, ese es el ingrediente principal”.
