Una delicia única en una empresa familiar con tres décadas de trayectoria

Son tradicionales y son icónicas. Las quesadillas de más de 15 centímetros en el mercado de Mexicaltzingo han sido por más de 30 años uno de los platillos más buscados en el sitio; así lo refiere el cocinero –y como él se denomina, quesadillólogo– Miguel Ángel Mendoza. 

La preparación comienza desde las 7:00 de la mañana con la elaboración de los guisos, que van desde chicharrón, asada, pierna y champiñones. Todo preparado al día y a mano. 

El servicio es diariamente de 8:00 de la mañana a 3:30 de la tarde.
