Antes de mediados de este año deben tener procesadas dichas iniciativas

El Congreso de Jalisco analizará las iniciativas para crear una nueva ley y un organismo en la materia que tutele la transparencia, protección de datos personales y el acceso a la información, explicó a Jalisco TV el diputado del PAN, César Octavio Madrigal Díaz.

El legislador recordó que por decreto presidencial se eliminaron los órganos autónomos entre los que se encuentran los garantes de la transparencia y recordó que antes de mediados de este año debe estar la nueva legislación en dicha materia.

Madrigal Díaz es uno de los impulsores de mayor infraestructura para garantizar un adecuado abastecimiento de agua.
