CHARLIE WOODS, HIJO DE TIGER, GANA SU PRIMER TÍTULO JUVENIL DE GOLF

El hijo de 16 años del astro del golf Tiger Woods, Charlie, ganó este miércoles su primer título en la Asociación norteamericana Juvenil de Golf (AJGA).

Con tres golpes de ventaja sobre sus escoltas, Charlie entregó una tarjeta final de 66 golpes (seis bajo el par) para ganar el torneo Team TaylorMade Invitational, disputado en el Streamsong Resort Black Course, en Bowling Green (Florida).

Fue la primera victoria en cinco eventos disputados en el circuito de la AJGA del hijo de Tiger Woods,  quince veces ganador de torneos del Grand Slam.

El torneo incluyó a cuatro de los cinco jueveniles mejores ranqueados y a sesenta integrantes del Top-100. Woods estaba en el lugar 606 del ranking de la AJGA pero tras su victoria de este miércoles se espera que ingrese al Top 15.
