CAPACITAN A PERSONAL DE LA COBUPEJ EN CONTENCIÓN PSICOEMOCIONAL

  • La formación comenzó el 17 de abril y concluyó recientemente.

Personal de la Comisión de Búsqueda de Personas del Estado de Jalisco (COBUPEJ) participó en el Programa Estatal de Contención Emocional (PECE) “Cuida a quien te cuida”.

La capacitación tuvo una duración de 10 sesiones, donde especialistas en salud mental impartieron dinámicas y herramientas enfocadas en el manejo del estrés y el fortalecimiento de la relación interpersonal.

El curso dotó al equipo de la COBUPEJ de los recursos necesarios para enfrentar de manera efectiva los desafíos emocionales asociados a su labor.

El principal objetivo del PECE es identificar, analizar y prevenir los factores de riesgo psicosocial, promoviendo un entorno laboral saludable y favorable en los centros de trabajo.
