En la asamblea de la Concamin Industria Confederada que se realizó el lunes 12 de septiembre, industriales y el gobernador Enrique Alfaro Ramírez coincidieron en impulsar viviendas accesibles para las personas de ingresos medio y bajo, y así definir la nueva versión del nuevo Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial Metropolitano (POTMET).


El gran reto, aseveró el mandatario jalisciense, consiste en encontrar reserva territorial en los costos acordes. Alfaro Ramírez señaló que uno de los obstáculos a navel nacional para la vivienda accesible, es la falta de reglamentos en el INFONAVIT.
