APRUEBA SENADO PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE VACANTES A COMISIONADOS DEL INAI

  • Este proceso evitaría que se finquen responsabilidades a los legisladores por desacato judicial.

El Senado de la República aprobó emitir dos nuevas convocatorias para reponer el proceso de selección de dos comisionados del Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).

El Senado primero aprobó con 37 votos a favor 13 en contra y 18 abstenciones la convocatoria para cubrir la vacante dejada por el excomisionado Rosendoevgueni Monterrey Chepov.

La segunda convocatoria para sustituir la vacante de Francisco Javier Acuña Llamas fue aprobada por 36 votos a favor, 14 en contra y 16 abstenciones.

Se pretende que, con este nuevo proceso evitaría que se finquen responsabilidades a los legisladores por desacato judicial.
