ANALIZA SUPREMO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTICIA DE JALISCO CONTROVERSIA CONTRA REFORMA JUDICIAL

  • Se tienen 30 días a partir de que se publicó la reforma para presentar la controversia constitucional.

El presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia del Estado de Jalisco, Daniel Espinosa Licón explicó que será la próxima semana cuando se decida si interpondrá una controversia constitucional a Reforma Judicial.

Licón agregó que tienen 30 días a partir de que se publicó la reforma para presentar la controversia constitucional.

Tenemos 30 días a partir de que salió publicada o que cobró vigencia la reforma, en esos 30 días están corriendo. Nosotros estaríamos resolviendo tal vez la siguiente semana más tardar sobre si se plantea o no.

Con la aplicación de la reforma judicial, en Jalisco se renovaría tendría que designar 34 magistraturas y 206 jueces estatales que se elegirían vía voto popular en 2025 y 2027.
